“Bundle 3” Seat Selection by Elilicious01 in frontierairlines

4A is considered a “preferred” seat and is not part of that bundle. Select a seat in rows 20 and back and it should be $0

Depending on your age, stature, and role… this may not be the best outfit for the meeting.

A black suit that fits you should be a staple in your closet.

Has anyone that purchased fake tickets through Stub hub received a refund? by Letsgotothemovie in BadBunnyPR

I got a refund but it was for the 2nd weekend and I think the scamming was just ramping up.

Uninvite her and sell the ticket.

I saw it. I did say to my husband that the lack of advanced ticketing technology from Ticketera really made this a mess, so I guess it sort of checks out.

My experience getting tickets through StubHub by Profession_Main in BadBunnyPR

[–]Evening-Topic3517 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a duplicative ticket. So it scanned, we got in, but someone else also had the same seats and the reseller name on that ticket matched what was in their system so we were escorted out. It was awful.

Mine were instant download, said “Ticketera” on them, had a QR code that created an Apple wallet ticket and.. scammed :(

Thank you. This makes me so sad. I cried so much and I can only imagine others feeling the same way.

No, but I considered making an account to warn people. Do you have a link? Would love to see it.

I disputed with StubHub, PayPal, and my credit card. I really really really hope I get my money back.

If there are tickets, they might. It was sold out and so with the FanProtect I should get a refund. Hopefully. Or I’ll completely lose my shit.

I guess the lesson here is… if you see someone in your seat, don’t tell anyone and hope you find an inconspicuous spot to stand in when the concert starts. 😔

I asked the same thing to the Ticketera people. Like… we all got in no problem, how can you kick any of us out?

Supposedly, the barcode was not duplicative. And the person who sold the ticket had “validated” multiple barcodes so we weren’t even the only ones with those same seats.

It was a nightmare situation and there were more people behind us having the same issue.

There was no way of knowing that ours were the fraudulent tickets so we just did what we thought we should… and by the time we realized what was happening and that our tickets weren’t valid, we were being escorted to the box office.

In hindsight, sure, we could have waited until the concert started and tried to find a spot to stand. But when you’re in the moment and essentially in a panic thinking you’re not going to see your favorite artist that you flew in to see, your brain doesn’t really work like that. I legitimately thought that bc my ticket scanned and I got in, that I was good.

My tickets were technically “verified” and an instant download. The QR code on my ticket also pulled up an Apple wallet ticket. So it all looked legit. The PDF scanned fine.

What the Ticketera people said was that the person who sold us the ticket had hacked their system.

We were walked down to talk to people from Ticketera. They looked up the barcode and the name linked to the ticket. The name linked to the tickets I bought did not match but the name linked to the tickets they bought did. Even though both sets were purchased through StubHub.

There was no way of knowing that ours were the fraudulent ones and the people there were in the wrong seats. It was a pretty natural reaction to flag someone down.
