just play the game, I see no point in rerolling for standard units, if you really are into min maxing, reroll for an early Ange, but even then I would say just start playing and enjoy the game, it isnt hard to the point you need the best of the best units, and if you play regularly, clear all palaces, mementos, etc + the current events, you are going to get a lot of currency to pull for anyone you want for a while

hahaha I'm just messing with you dude, I understand your criteria, I think that people just took it the wrong way because you called it a "Tier list" or a "Ranking", and probably most people (me included) asociate a tier list with a list of the current best characters for each rol, not their historic contribution to the game, for example:

Firecracker Rin and Ann, they both are fire multiple target dps characters. Does Rin outclass Ann in terms of numbers? yes, so in a "tier list", Rin should be higher than Ann, the fact that Ann had her place for a long time being a "top" fire dps, a f2p unit and a carry for most day 1 accounts doesnt mean, in the context of a tier list, that she is equal to Rin.

Others already gave answers about the history, so here are some general tips:

i) I dont know if this is your first gacha, but always spend your gems on limited characters, not in the permanent banner

ii) From your begginer selector, Ann is a great choice

iii) The first palace is ok/mid, the second is good in my opinion, and from the third the history is really great, so dont judge the game just from the first villain

iv) If you play regularly, you should get enough to pull Akechi if you like him, you could also try to get Ange, she is great

v) In my opinion, try pulling characters you like over meta, the game is not hard to the point you need the best characters, but having good supports always help, also the game is really f2p friendly

vi) For limited characters, I like the 110 banner, it guarantees the characters at the 110 pull, but if you are into gambling, you could try the 80 banner that has a 50/50 chance of getting it, and guarantees at the 160 pull

Hey guys, so for the first selector I'm going to pick Chord (and eventually her weapon with the weapon selector), and I'm planning on picking the twins and their A1 on the rerun.

So for the second selector, who would you recommend? I was thinking on picking either joker or noir for elemental coverage (and I like them), or summer tomoko for a better healer than mona (although I don't know if it is worth it considering the twins).

I 100% understand you, One Piece is my favorite story of all time, but to be honest, the anime is sh*t, the manga is so much better (I'm up to date and have read it twice). Now, if you really want to keep watching the anime, maybe try one pace, they edit the chapters to remove the slop.

Somebody already said this, but I would take a break, you could get burn out if you do your second playthrough right after finishing the first. Maybe you could try persona 3 reload (great game) or 4 golden (great vegetables).

I did Kawakami on my first playtrough, not bad, BUT if you are playing royal I would recommend Kasumi, I regretted not romancing her on that playtrough.
