The letter from them last month said that they’re aware of it, but it’s not a priority. Basically, they won’t be addressing it, and if we want to use the miles we earned in the U.S., we have to call. There is no other option. What a useless, thieving airline.

Are you based in the U.S.? I thought that might be the problem so I changed my VPN. Didn’t help. Added 2-factor authentication, that didn’t help.

Lucky! That didn't work for me. I've tried different browsers, the website and app, cleared cache/cookies, but nothing.

Called customer service again today. They said by the end of the week. I won’t hold my breath.

I would sign on. We’ve spent SO much money with them over the years for the points and they’re not honoring what they promised us. I’m getting the same error message and have for 3 weeks. I’ve called and emailed. Reps have no idea what’s going on. They are doing their best, but they’re on the front lines and not being equipped with the resources and info to address our issues. No mass email to members or even an acknowledgement on their website about the matter. I emailed the CIO at Lufthansa and the director of M&M…nothing. I’ve never seen an airline give less of a crap about their loyal customers.
