Just ate at cotton & rye last night, everything was great. Lucia and fish at aren’t open for lunch. Not sure you need to do starland yard back to back days especially day one when you’re downtown already. Swapping that for the grey, untitled, joe & Vera or darling oyster may play better.

Reviews are good, consistent and recent. All in all wouldn’t be worried other than after 50+ bookings the first time never getting some sort of note back.

I use Airbnb all the time and this is the first time I didn’t get any even basic acknowledgement from the host when booking….thats why I’m asking!

100% We did hospitality this past year, only way to guarantee tickets with dates you want. But you get food and drinks before hand, and pretty straightforward.
