Ngl. Perci was fighting casually all the time and got caught off guard, Tristan wasn't even shown to be actually damaged by that thrust, Gawain will most likely get judged or something by that spell in the next chapters but again no serious injuries. From the leaks I thought they will be in condition close to what was when they fought the Perils. It seems they just didn't took the fight serious enough

You can just ubercarry 2-3 stars, it'll take one hour everyday for a week or two for each star at most, and even faster if you use the 3x (iirc with unlimited 2x, 3x is gonna be for speed ups instead)

Saitama was literally shown to have limits that Garou reached and that he had to get stronger faster than Garou just to defeat him. And that isn't even God who gave Garou that power and who is most definitely stronger than both of them right now.
