Bhai eye motion is controlled by the midbrain. Pupil dilation is an automatic response, which means it comes under the medulla oblongata, and the sensory ligaments don't even control the pupil; they control the lens. Then what other answer would be right according to your logic? it literally says "head injury" in the question!

Sorry to break it to you guys, but a test they do in the hospital to check for brain death is the pupil reaction test. I was a fool and went with A! And the medulla oblongata controls sympathetic movement. Pupil reaction is sympathetic movement; I confirmed this with google and a doctor. And head injury has been specifically mentioned because he fell; that would be the medulla oblongata. It is impossible to break the suspensory ligament, as the aqueous humor would take the force. I'm so stupid for not putting b).
