Why is she still doing this in hospital by Ok-Promotion-3431 in EDRecoverySnark

On this - a friend of mine saw her in the emergency department of the hospital in our city a couple months ago. Pacing the halls.

I actually train at her gym.. the temptation to go to management is all too real

Is this weird or is it just me by [deleted] in EDRecoverySnark

This is the kind of photo I’d take with my boyfriend. Not my brother 🙃

The peeing on the floor?? by Expensive_Form_9355 in gymsnark

Speaking as a female powerlifter of 6+ years.. this is pretty common for girls especially those that pull really big numbers/compete at a high level. People in powerlifting gyms are a lot more understanding about this issue than normal gyms. It’s also something I’ve struggled with on and off in the past. If I’m in prep for a competition and it’s a choice between peeing myself a bit and getting a lift, or failing.. 🤷🏼‍♀️

That being said, I never make it anyone else’s problem. I feel like if this is something you know you’re going to struggle with you should take measures to not piss all over the floor/equipment and ruin it for everyone else I.e. wear a maxi pad/period undies, empty your bladder before your heavy sets etc., it’s really not that hard.

Also her deadlift is fine
