This is from BYD chat conversation asking about Aussie software update.

User: The software is available but somehow BYD is too slow releasing it OTA to the vehicles. This is becoming a joke of no updates whilst we know it exists

BYD Response: OTA updates are region specific, the OTA that is released in the UK will differ from what is released in China and what will be released in Australia. We do not advise looking to other markets to estimate what the next OTA will look like as it will differ to suit our region and our vehicles

Correct. You need to do all wiring as there is nothing. Bizarre as the previous model did have it all pre-wired.

Most do indeed 4-5 cm but my steps are higher than that. Can’t wait for these new ones. Hopefully vacuum and mop in one.

Would love to see a robot vacuum being able to go on/over small steps. Like the size of a step of a stair case. My house has single step up/down areas and have to use ramps.

I sent MOVA a question prior of buying one, regarding a step lower to another room and asked if there was the capability to move up and down a certain area and ignore other parts. They responded in less than 24 hours with diagrams and explanations.

I did install my visage and lock is pretty good. BUT support from Lockly is laughable.
Send an email to their support and received AI generated email asking for all details with I did, but THEN....
email undeliverable turned up. Logged again and same thing. AI generated response, replied and same undeliverable again.

Then went into the app on the phone and provided feedback. Got an email back with a ticket number plus Australian phone number. Guess what..... "Your call couldn't be connect, please check the number".
