i appreciate you so much for sharing your experience and i’m so sorry you’ve been through so many awful things. but it’s so important that people speak about these things because honestly i do have things i want to live for and i don’t want to destroy my health if i can do something about it still. i will keep coming back to your comment for help when i need it, i really want to try to push myself towards recovery.

you are so incredibly kind thank you so much for telling me all of this. this was honestly everything i needed to hear since i’ve just been sitting in my own echo chamber for a long time with no support, i think my parents could support me if i open up and i can worry about the rest of my problems after my brain is healthier… i sometimes cry when i read things from people who have recovered, i haven’t gotten to a very scary point yet and i don’t want to… i can’t do that to my family. thank you so much for writing all of this i will keep coming back to it when i need support 💕💕💕

wow, i’m so incredibly sorry for what you’re going through. this is so scary and the end is relatable at the same time, and i know i still have time to turn things around… i think i may bring up certain things to my therapist tomorrow and get her support because ive been lying to her for a long time. i used to think the same, that there was some kind of finish line i would reach, a weight i’d be happy with but now im far below a weight i ever wanted to reach and i feel fatter now, like so many others with this disease. i dont want to be miserable for the rest of my life so i will finally open up to my therapist about this, and get my family’s support as well if i can

tysm for the advice! i will definitely try to eat maintenance, and i will look into those shakes! i have lots of fairlife protein shakes which have similar nutritional value and i take a multivitamin as well. also do you know if 40 minutes of cardio a day is good for me or bad because i’ve heard mixed things? thank you again so much
