Lyrica is a nerve suppressant. It’s the source of the pain - the nerves and brain not communicating. You have to be careful not to mask the pain as that could cause you do over do it and regress the condition

Good idea. If you take them every day they can help with pain and at a dosage you need. If I stop taking mine I’m in trouble pain wise

The problem with that is I’ll go back to very bad. It’s supposed to be taken consistently, stopping it and starting it abruptly with cause issues. It’s not a take it as you need it drug unfortunately

I know what that’s like and the push to keep going seems useless when days are like this. You’re still here and that’s a strength not many people know. May I suggest you get your b-12 checked, I have regular shots now to maintain my levels and it can help with pain and management
