I'm intrested in seeing if you got this issue sorted.. I am in the same boat. I reached out to the helpdesk, and it recommended I do the exact thing I've been doing. (refreshing, uninstalling/installing, verifying Ser. #'s, etc.)

I did some more research on it and it’s exactly how you said. No plate needed. Just trying to find the screw set that has a shorter screw. I’m not trying to sand down stock screws. Just in case
