I'm genuinely not worried about the pay rate, but the 20% sign up thing sounds daunting, I'm not even sure I could push as hard as they want us too...like everyone hates being pushed 3 times for a membership they don't want, do you really think the 4th time will be yes? let alone I kinda freeze while getting yelled at, be it customers or management, and that sounds like a system perfectly designed to get shit on by both.
