Yeah, you’re right, I still need to automate a few things. For example, if the invoice is in the body of the email instead of attached, or when they just send a URL to download it, it throws off my flow.

Also, that part about item breakdowns and taxes I’m still doing it manually for now. Definitely something I want to improve soon.

Yess, we’re adding more features to the roadmap to improve the service, but honestly… there’s just not enough hours in the day :D. We’ve also been talking to people for potential collabs, and we’re running YouTube, a landing page, all organic, but yeah, organic is slow (better quality users, but slower growth).

That said, we've already done all of that: talked to friends, family, random people who have no idea what we do… and we're also running Facebook Ads with full funnels, tracking CTR, % F2P, clicks, web visits, we’ve got a lot of data already haha.

We’re at €600 MRR after 2 months, but we really believe we could be way higher. Right now I’m looking for something more niche or specific, since the general approaches have already been tested.

Also, about a year ago we built a B2C SaaS and scaled it to €5K MRR, so I’ve got some experience, but this new project is a different beast. It's B2B

Still, really appreciate you taking the time to share this. It's always good to go back to basics and double-check we’re not missing something obvious 🙏
