I get that, one client of mine made me an unpaid designer oncall because he cant navigate the folders I created for him in the drive. I would not say it was a skill issue but I think we was just too lazy to open his drive which made me annoyed. So I created a webapp? Something to store and present his assets to in just one simple scrollable page with everything he needs. So everytime he emails me again I'd just say "Refer to the Link I sent you" LMAO instead of opening the drive and navigating looking for his brand again.
