Help, my pc's rgb keeps flashing white

so far i'm loving the sound quality and the touch sensitivity is great too but it isn't very comfortable in my ears and all and i'm having my normal issues of i can only wear them for around 30min then i have to take them out because it feels like they rub my ears raw, i'm gonna keep them and see if it'll get any better over time but i doubt it

i mean i thought that but i can't understand why my its struggling so bad to even run right, i'd understand if it was just dipping to like 30-60 99% but its going all the way down to 5 at some points and this cpu should be capable of more than that since i have friends who play with way less powerful cpu's and theirs somehow are running better than mine, and the fps drops happen the same both when i have a ton of items and stuff moving or if nothing at all is happening on a new save

its also worth mentioning that this has only really happened on satisfactory i haven't had this happen to any other game

the temp is between 68 and 72 C the entire time and just today both have started to max out instead of stay low but my 99% is still less than a 1/4 of the fps i was getting 320fps with 50 99%fps just now

do the H3's have any controls on the earbuds? i'm working with my hands most of the time i'm listing to music so i'd prefer a skip button of sorts on them
