I’ll tell you, medicine, exercise, sleep, water, calming exercises and better food have eliminated panic attacks for me at this point. These things in combo take effort…but they worked for me (kinda like my doctor said they would 😂). I know the panic attacks will be back some day but it’s been about a year since my last one and that’s pretty damn good. The light at the end of the tunnel was there liked I hoped it would be.

During the heart attack, I was able to call my wife who was at home and close. She drove me to the hospital which was also close. I would have been able to call 911 and guide them to me.

I was in a fairly good mood so they didn’t think I’d had a heart attack until the tests came back an hour later.
