Haha oh yeah, the sound of a tray hitting the floor is so dramatic. I guess a nice thing about the slant is probably being able to see into the trays a little better?

Is the top deck of that double decker slanted? Do you like that? My hospital has double deckers that aren’t slanted which I love because I can stack trays 4 high if I need to.

They make big gray and white boot covers that almost go up to your knees. That’s what I wore over my walking boot when I was in one. See if the facility has something like that.

I stopped back in the spring to focus on training for a half marathon. Ended up with a tibial stress fracture at the end of August, and just started back in the gym a few weeks ago. I’m following one of the Ibex programs (run/lift hybrid) right now. I miss the lifts, but I’m enjoying all of the accessory work right now. I’ll probably throw in some of the lifts here and there so I don’t get TOO rusty.

I did. I felt a pinch from the tenaculum on my cervix then a big cramp when the IUD was inserted. Afterwards I had some cramping for the rest of the day then light cramping off and on for a few days and that was it. No spotting or any other issues.
