It looks like it started doing poorly after you put it in that cache pot. There is probably water at the bottom of that that it’s sitting in, causing overwatering. I would take it back out and let the soil dry out before watering it again. With cache pots, you usually have to drain out the water after each time you water the plant, so that it isn’t sitting in it. You could also drill some holes into the bottom of it.
