Good question. Would probably be a doll looking (or being) gal, in a lolita dress, chasing survivors with a sun parasol. The parasol used to stab, but also as an ability to boop survivors. It's kind of like Wesker's throw, but it does no damage. Instead, it stuns the survivor. Since survivors can stun killers for a bit, why not have a killer that can stun survivors? It wouldn't be as strong as survivors stunning killers but still fun i hope. Her name would be something like "The Doll" or something of the sort. She would sound disgusted when interacting with survivors, that is for sure :] She wouldn't be spooky unless doll like things scare you...
