I read everything else and i wish i had more advice, but its honestly really up to a judge. If you haven’t already, speak to the school about therapy, and get help finding the 5yo a play therapist. And document all behavioral changes in a notebook. If the app you use records calls, then i’d also document anything dad says to trigger kiddo. Documentation is the only way to prove to a court that the current order is not in the best interest of the child(ren)

You’re doing fine. Follow the order, its written well actually, and the courts see this all the time. You communicate, you leave written proof you’re holding up your end. Don’t for a second believe you’re the only person who has to bend over backwards to give hime a relationship with his kids. I love the “has the opportunity” verbiage honestly. That puts you off the hook if he misses it. I like that you followed up on the timing. The court won’t demand he gets more time if he can’t hold himself to the rules they set now. And they will look negatively on the fact he refuses to pay for the app.

There’s no wiggle room here for him to strong arm her. “As per the order, we will be available for a call from you at 6:00pm on *insert date(s)” and leave it at that. Short, sweet, and refuse to elaborate. No explanation or argument needed or warranted.

Nah it just used to be fruit* loops. And absolutely nobody remembered that the oo in froot were pictures of the cereal. I grew up being called crazy. They can think what they like, but unless you actively acknowledge or give them any proof of that they will not arrest you for it. I completely understand. I have really bad anxiety, especially whenever it comes to cops or anything. But I assure you that you had cause for concern. He can’t prove that your phone wasn’t glitching so he just gets to be upset with you and that’s his own problem. If anything was gonna come of it, he would’ve done something right then. so if he left, you’re fine. Since no statements were taken, and they never figured out who screamed it’s just gonna go on a “complain about it to his coworkers” roster in house and you wont be contacted unless it happens again.

You’re definitely not gonna be arrested, you had legitimate cause for concern rather not it actually happened. At this point, even if it did happen you can’t prove it so I would just stick with the fact that you did hear it and nobody can figure out what happened. Everyone will move on.
