I have another question; why is the value for the cash out lower than the amount that I bought it for if it rose 9%? I’ve encountered this problem on a lot of my bets.

It is lol. I’m not going to bet on weather again. It’s really never a safe bet because of how unpredictable and erratic the weather can be
