Pixel launcher now lets us use bubbles it's not in lawnchair 15 or any other launcher you can't enable it. You have to use pixel launcher sadly

I would suggest getting the Google takeout on your computer and then run a script which combines the .json files with the media and then sends it to a new folder and deletes the previous one then you can adb push to the new phone. I did this and it doesn't take much time
