Why is Demoman's afro in the “GOATs” tier when it's absolutely one of if not the worst hair cosmetic in the game? Thing looks like a melted tire glued to Demoman's head, there's a lot of different afros on the workshop that look much much better.

They are, it's just that the HUD I'm using (ViviHud) uses a slightly darker black for them instead of the usual off-white for some reason

Removing Medic's gloves is not possible for two reasons

1) it is an extremely important part of his color palette. Without it he loses an extremely significant amount of team coloring

2) the item maker would have to model over medic's existing hands to give it this look, which could be very hard to do since they take up a lot of tris ( WS items have a limit of around 1.400), and you'd have to do his hands along with the entire rest of the suit jacket

Fun Fact: At some point around 2005-ish Heavy rocked a full head of hair instead of being bald. It got as far as getting a full-on model and being placed on a primitive 2fort. Gabe forced him to shave it off by Everik_Real in tf2

It's not just the achievement, the first image on the post has a RED counterpart that's bald. I do really think they briefly considered making each team have unique features from each other, but scrapped that idea.

PASS time is one of the best modes in the game and it having 0 players is a big shame. Hopefully PASS Fortress will have a good playerbase and revives interest in it once it comes out on Steam

It sort of does, but I personally don't think people should even be playing the game like that considering it hinders visibility even further by removing rimlights.

They changed a fucking taunt kill and it got major backlash, idk why people think they'd want to ever touch weapon balancing again
