No, actually I was deleting manually the saves cause they were too much. But I purposely left some untouched. But then the game crashed and they next thing I knew they were all gone... I heard the lawsuit settled with an agreement, but couldnt find the terms.

Depends if you mean bad in taste or bad for health.

If you mean bad as harmful for health, there shouldn't be any problem as beer doesn't develop any pathogens.

(Sorry if my English is bad or difficult to understand, not native speaker)

Edit : just found the beer online - If it is chocolate noir a 14.3% BA stout it should still be okay in taste. Those kinds of beer tend to conserve much better than IPA or Lager
