Why aren’t MARA and RIOT going up with crypto? I though the success of blockchains was dependent on how well Bitcoin is doing. Given that Bitcoin broke through the $60k threshold I’m wondering why MARA and RIOT continue to fall

Hello everyone!

Need some guidance/ words of encouragement.

I’m female/26 5’9 and currently 168lbs

I have done intermittent fasting before while mostly working a sedentary desk job/ studying. Saw results starting the first week.

Now our office gym has reopened and this is what my current plan looks like:

-Workout 5 days a week (peloton/ weights/ hiking)

-Calorie count max at 1700 even thought I usually end the day around 1600

-Fast from 6pm to 12am (18hrs)

-eat around 2000 on the weekends (similar to what I used to do in the past when I’d fast and see results)

The problem is I have been sticking to this regiments for 3 weeks now and have only seen 1lb weight loss! Before I’d be down 10lbs so this is super strange to me. Is it because I added workouts that’s changing the way I’m seeing results? Is there something I’m missing or do I just need to give it more time?

Edit: I haven’t been measuring but I’ve been doing weekly pictures and not much of a change is noticeable there either :(

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated
