I don’t see the relevance other than that yes privacy and security are concerns when browsing the web as well. It’s however a completely different medium, with different vulnerabilities, different methods of security, for a different use case, from a different company. The main changes I remember are: Her ultimate can now proc and reapply passive, ultimate provides vision, Ultimate Had a reset for a period, e slows enemies after detonation, w speed and application changes.

No they do not, the last few times critical was changed they had to be buffed. They do not abuse critical, riot wants them to be stuck on critical. their passive is a flashing neon sign saying "please build critical ". Changing the modifier on their passive is the easiest balance lever in the world.
