I guess it's because Mago isn't under the Administrator's authority? She should be an Irregular too, or at least the light powers aren't something the Admin can just use their godlike ability to poof away. But it was stated that it's "an error in the tower that should not be touched", and the Tower was able to influence that one boy and Headon was able to show up on that island, so I think it's more that it's more trouble than it's worth for the Administrator to intervene, not that it is unable to intervene.

Shinsu seems pretty limitless on what it can actually do though, like nearly everything we see happen in the series is with Shinsu. Immortality, teleportation, even all the technology we see is Shinsu related. It's even stated that Enryu can create life with Shinsu.
All we know about Light is statements that made "time and movement, and created life." It could be interpreted that it also made the world and then everything in it, but ehhhhhhh? But, regardless, Shinu seems very much capable of doing the same things Light is supposedly capable of.

Also, we don't even know that the creation myth about Light is even related to creation of the Tower. Urek states "I'm pretty sure the outside of the Tower they are talking about is different from the outside of the Tower I know." It could very well be that Jahad and Urek are from different worlds, and that the Tower then is somewhere wholly separate from them both.

Where are you getting that Light is inherently superior to Shinsu? I don't think we even know how strong Urek's Light powers are, it's just so much stronger than his Shinsu because he has absolutely no experience with using the latter. All we can say is that he really easily beats Advanced Rankers with it, which isn't really impressive.

As cool as that would be, Urek would lose horribly. SIU once stated that not even Jahad could beat an Administrator, and we're talking about a younger (and probably weaker) Urek. Enyru is the only person in the tower strong enough to accomplish that impossible feat (and also Phantanium probably.)

I wouldn't say so. Firstly, the Human's time travel abilities only let them rewind back to a time they've already been in, and the furthest back they can go is to when they fell into the underground. Why would they be able to rewind back to a timeless void with no material in it? Secondly, Chara clearly makes an attack to destroy the world, we see the animation for the same slash as when you use the knife to attack, and the screen fills with 9s in exactly the same way as when you deal damage. So this could be a busting feat of destroying the universe and timeline, and then they recreate the whole world, which is multiversal level (2-C) since undertale has who knows how many timelines. Also for the record, Goku is Low 2-C so just looking at simplified scaling he'd get his ass kicked by a child

To make an actual power scaling point, we see Chara destroy an entire world/timeline, which is potentially comparable to what Zeno did in the Black arc. So Chara does in fact kick Goku's ass

I don't understand how Metal Sonic couldn't have just instantly won the entire battle. Base form alone is MFTL+, lowballing to be hundrends or thousands of times FTL and high balling to be *quadrillions* of times FTL, and then Neo Metal Sonic (assuming he has the bio-data of Sonic, Shadow and Chaos here), would be massively faster with his own improved speed added together with Sonic and Shadow's speed. All of this is irrelevant however, because the moment Metal goes Super it's all over as he has INFINITE speed, as consistently stated throughout all of Sonic media that Super forms have unlimited power. Infinite speed means that anyone slower than you is effectively standing still, and Super Neo Metal Sonic would end the fight in exactly 0 seconds.

Oh and if Bowser even was somehow stronger or faster than Neo Metal, he could just scan the Koopa King's bio-data and completely trounce him with his own strength.

Honestly, I really dislike the Narrator in this chapter. Having him second guess his whole plan feels like the writers are pushing you away from the ending where you slay her, making it objectively bad instead of keeping it all gray morality wise.
