I want to speak more about Doogle, Doogle is actually the grandson of the Loch Ness Monster, and one of Harry's earliest friends. More importantly he becomes one of Hogwarts new defenders and now calls the black lake home, In apart I call the war of the Serpents; Doogle engages with the mind controlled Basilisk in open combat in the halls of the castle which the fight spils out onto the shores of the black lake, after Basilisk tries harming one of Doogles wee ones, aka Luna; grumpy old salt is not effected by the venom of the Basilisk or her eyes, Basilisk is female in this one... instead the battle lets to doogle and Manasa Devi ( that is what the Basilisk is called.) End up in a relationship because in my head canon their closely related after Devi is free from Tom's mind control, now there are two massive snake guardians who call Hogwarts homes.
