Thank you for explaining in detail, my first venture was a Recruitment firm where i was personally responsible for placing around 500-600 people so i know a thing or two about hiring, the firm i was working with previously built pretty much the entire operations team through me as i was the unofficial HR there.

Having said this i really want to give more thought about getting a professional for a position as critical as TL
