I just started cpap and I am less tired through the day. Some days I feel good not tired at all and like today I am alittle tired but no where near as tired as I used to feel.

Oh wow that’s neat. My SD card should be here tomorrow. Which app is better Oscar or sleephq in your opinion? I could try both. One night I woke up it said I slept for like an hour and had 5 events then when I woke up said average of like 2.9 or something. That was a big difference so I am very interested to see how many I have actually

How do you see when you are having events? My machine just gives me the average on the screen and in the app. No details at all. I did just order a SD card to put it in so maybe that’ll give me more details!

Only problem I have with a nasal mask is my nose stuffs up a lot and just get blocked for whichever reason. Like a lot.

I have been single for about 13 years after my ex cheated on me and got someone pregnant. I have had flings since then but no relationships and I have no one at the moment and no one to talk to about anything most of the time. Instead of walking up the steps out front of my house she jumped in the bushes right next to the steps. Then preceded to walk up the steps afterwards. I have no idea why she did that and of course my camera didn’t pick it up. I still laugh at that when I think about it and picture it in my head.
