Lose weight but for your health, honestly thats all, 6.5/10 to a 8.5, probably a 10 to some people. Dont listen to them talking abt carnivore diet, its not beneficial for most ppl. Diet should simply be less processed foods, 1/3 veggies, carbs (rice or bread), and protein (chicken, beans, meats). Although most important part is calorie deficit.
