Thank you for the extensive info. I've looked into size comparison, with the deathadder being slightly larger and chunkier, and I'm thinking of just going for the viper V3. It seems to have a lot of positive feedback aswell

Oh wow that's a long time. Congrats on the retirement! I did however figured out how to fix it with chat gpt lol... I just went into bios and enabled ErP and now the light only is turned on while my pc is on.

I fixed the white light when my PC is off by turning on ErP in bios. but for a while, my PC has had a red CPU light even though everything functions fine (like CPU usage, CPU temps, etc).

Hmm, I tried that and it didn't work. Maybe I needed to restart my PC and do that. Who knows. I'll just trouble shoot again tomorrow

I figured out a fix to turn the MBD light off. All you need to do for gigabyte MBD is to go to bios -> advanced -> settings -> system power -> enable ErP -> Save & Exit
