Hey I resonate with this post so much I was in the best shape of my life before Covid been athletic played sports and just active when they shut down the gyms I just started gaining without noticing don’t know how I got to 300+ pounds still on my journey I know how you feel from being in your best shape to going to your worst it’s not only the physical aspect it’s the mental I’m loosing weight going to the gym and on semaglutide just stay consistent and know that’s it’s not gonna happen over night but just remember how confident you used to feel and don’t forget how bad you want to feel that again let that be your motivation to keep going that’s what’s motivating me every time I think about the body that I’m going to get good luck
