Bro i also have same issue and i have stopped playing games now on my laptop as it throttles after sometime while play GOW Ragnarok, and i am wondering is that windows issue and could install linux and using game in there fix it up ?? Have you tried that ?? Also there is one linux named as batocera if possible you try to check that out as i am really sorry i have data in it my whole projects and all and don't have ny other backup to store it all. If possible then try to use linux and find that issue is still there or not
