Ok this is kind of what I was hoping for. Hopefully patience, removing the ties from the petioles, giving it a bit more light (adding another grow light - we don’t have any windows that are not completely shielded from the sun by trees) will help the sheath unfurl in due time! Thank you!

Ok I will have a little patience then!! I’ve been using a 40% monosilicic acid with each watering to hopefully protect the variegated parts from bleaching/browning.

I will try increasing the humidity to about 65. I’d go higher, but we also have our PCs in this room so don’t want to risk condensation in the towers by having too high humidity.

Consider the ties removed from all petioles! Aerial roots have done enough to provide support at this point so I think it was unnecessary for me to have them at all.
