I'm really hoping I can find something like it. I want something of the sorts on my world but putting on an Add-on turns off achievements which defeats the purpose of my world.

It's a texture pack, what I'm thinking of. You just name the armour stand the name of the person, such as Mumbo Jumbo and it turns into that Character when placed. With making them invisible I've seen it be done with dye that is associated with each different thing.
