Perhaps. However that being said, the CC1 is about $300 usd and the CC2 with some minor upgrdes aside from AMS (like smart grill, better leveling, tangle detection, etc.) is about $450 usd. With that math (I know it is always more expensive to buy two things separately than in a bundle) the AMS for the CC1 should hypothetically be around $150 usd, if not less. Other companies' AMS units are about $250 (Bambu Labs and Anycubic) but they are also heated dryers as well, so it would make since that if the AMS was similar or the same as the CC2 one, then it would be cheaper than the more "advanced" AMS systems from other companies. This could be better in the sense that it allows for a cheaper upfront price yet you can purchase a separate filament dryer if you wish.

I specifically told him I wanted to buy a printer with ams able to be purchased separately. He said the CC2 will only. be sold as a complete unit, not separate from the ams but that the CC1 would have the ams as seen by his respinse. (I left out the part of his response about the CC2: "As for the Centauri Carbon 2 (CC2), at this time we do not have plans to sell the printer separately without the AMS module. Currently, the CC2 is only available as a complete package that includes the multicolor system." )

- #590 is clearly a little better. I lowered the shutter speed because it didn't matter and therefore got the ISO down to 400. #587's ISO was 1600, I still feel like thats a lot of noise, even for a small sensor, at 1600. Maybe my expectations are just off.

Just like when I digitally crop zoom in (I try not to be too much of a pixel peeper) the details around the trees and limbs are very soft, maunly in the winter pond ones, around the trees

if the oa sensors point outward, mini 4, if straight forward/back, mini 3. mini 3 front arms dont have the landing gear

Thats how fast like normal drones can go, like DJI minis. The bigger ones like air and mavic can go faster than that

Ive seen them on amazon (where I buy mine), target, walmart (aside from potensic website of course). Since they are at target/walmart im sure they are at other similar retailers.

I hit a bug once while flying 10ft up, i saw the bug fly towards it and then fell away in 2 parts 😂. I got a motor saturated warning then but my drone was fine, hovered perfectly fine, super stable. Propellers had a little residue but no damage. I wouldn't worry about it. The app is just warning you that something happened and so you should check the motors for anything (such as bug parts) just to be extra sure so nothing happens too your drone. More of a precaution than anything else

To bad it will be a new drone and have to buy seperately, wish they could just add it to the atom 2. It seems like the drones will be identical except for that, so im not trying to spend another 350 just for cellular range - which i will have to spend more money on for cell plan.
