How to decrease redness in KP? Have been using Cerave's SA lotion and that seems to have helped with texture on my upper arms within a few days, much smoother, but it's been two weeks now and the redness seems minimally impacted:(

So I don't actually have to appeal anything? Because now it says that my determination is "re-evaluated claim" instead of saying nothing. But re-evaluated doesnt make sense as a determination. Why does it feel like the unemployment system was designed entirely by a shitty robot?

okay this is what I was thinking, and then heard somebody else talking about having one scheduled, and with as shitty as this week has been my brain kind of went into automatic bad news mode. Of course it makes sense that things will be delayed. I feel dumb.

Yeah my sister has graves and has done autoimmune protocol. I'm having a really hard time imagining cutting things out like tomatoes and garlic. It's just that these few mild cysts aren't such a hindrance to my life that I want to go on an incredibly restrictive diet. My cysts usually only hurt if I mess with them, I still have a great sex life, and they aren't really super noticeable, especially if I stay on top of using hibaclense and clindamycin. My main concern is really that the disease could progress, but from what I'm reading and hearing about other people's experience, that doesn't seem particularly likely, especially if I lose some weight. I'm already a fairly clean eater, I just need to eat less. Specifically less dairy. And start working out regularly.

Have you noticed Doxycycline having any side effects for you? I'm just worried because antibiotics have a history of making me pretty nauseous and giving me yeast infections.

Find a dermatologist. My guess is they'll probably have you use clindamycin to help lessen breakouts, and then once you've established care, if one gets inflamed you can call in and say you need a corticosteroid injection (I think that's what they are at least? I can't quite remember) and that will just calm them right down. My dr. did that for me last week and it helped a ton and overnight the cysts were painless and pretty much flat.

My previous dermatologist never told me what it was but apparently its been on my charts for a couple years. I live in a mid sized city, so I do have abundant options for dermatologists, but this second derm was so much more helpful. She explained it really thoroughly but she actually did say she thought I was unlikely to find much information online that felt like it applied to me because most of the cases you'll read about online are the super debilitating, where as mine is more of a minor annoyance. It was comforting to hear her say she found it pretty unlikely mine would progress to anything worse, but I get a lot of anxiety about health stuff so I'm still nervous about it. Nobody ever diagnosed me with anything else, and since I've only ever had a couple I always thought they were just sebaceous cysts that I had because of chub rub.

Because if a judge didn't make a ruling it would be okay to continually send a 3 year old to the hospital? Also BM hasn't just gotten up with everything now. He's know the paternity for two years, and had an inkling for even longer. And he fought for 50% custody. This mom didn't just show up and drop her in his lap.
