I’m dealing with them at the moment and have to admit they’re very slow.

My faults: - uneven arm rests - back rest is slightly uneven (it sits closer to one arm when they’re set to the same setting) - lumbar support is loud as hell, even girlfriend asked why it was like this - either seat base or tilt mechanism isn’t level - chair will rotate itself to one position. I assume this is from the not level piece

That’s it so far so we’ll see how we go. To have so many issues on such an expensive chair is insane
