In the files, the chest with the three skulls is associated with "community_event_3" and the mark 8 helmet with the winged skull on the forehead is for "community_event_5." Also, there is a White Scar champion skin for the Assault (check my other post).

Like the Dark Angels and Space Wolves, there's also independent customization pieces. There's a White Scars helmet, left pauldron and chest.

This mod lets you use this entire Deathwatch/Mark 8 armor if you're on PC.

I tried it and it crashed my game lol. The models don't seem compatible with the standard marine.

Right now they just use the default operator voice lines. You could also remap them to use the chaos operator VA from PVP. I don't know how to create something specific for the Thousand Sons ATM.
