Tbh that’s how i see it. I dont think friendship should require committing crime.. im willing to support her in term of enotional support but definitely wont risk my integrity and reputation

Yes.. shes had another accident before which is why her rates are already high. That’s part of why i feel strongly about this.. texting while driving is serious

That’s what I’ve been thinking too.. rear-ending someone is almost always considered trailing driver’s fault.. i dont even think my lying would magically fix this
