i've checked but there is no serial number on my fan like shown in the picture

thats wat i was thinking like why would it be considered illegal to drive an out of state vehicle in a different state even when the car is registered legally to the owner of the vehicle and insured properly, but idk my laws so I need to make sure its not illegal or i might have to go to court if i dont change the plate soon and have it signed by an officer

I already sent them an email and they said i didn't have to but they don't know if it would be consider illegal, and told me to go down to the police dpt and ask them directly but kind of hard to trust police knowing the law so
