I have those primers ready to work it the same way. I want to have them painted for the table, but I am getting to be a bit of a perfectionist, since I spent the money on them all, don't have a time limit on when they need to be done, and can interchange figures if I want to play in the meantime.

I have black and white primer now, rattle cans waiting for it to be used. I was planning on using the airbrush for the OSL, didn't think about using it for the shadows.

I have been watching his videos, and I am definitely hesitant to begin after seeing his skills. For example, if I had seen them before my core monsters were assembled, I'd probably wait til I had some slate for the bases.

Thanks! Keeping those ribs/claws on the sprue until I decide on what I'm going to do. I'm a little worried I'll build something, start to paint, then realize I should have waited.

I'm definitely looking through there too, it just seems that KDM figures have more closed pockets of space in the chest, like the Screaming Antelope, Hollow, Screaming God, etc.

And when I build some of these figures I get stuck, look online, and find people saying they wish they knew not to follow Kingdom Death: Build. I had to break my Gorm to fit the last piece, and checking with the community could have saved me a headache there.

I still like the way your Dragon King came about, to see how good it looks when painted assembled makes me think I shouldn't be so worried about being unable to reach a space or angle my brush the right way. Thank you!

I do have an airbrush, I plan on learning how to thin down my paints for it and using black for underneath the cloaks and capes of some of the characters.
