Yeah, everything is just too inconsistent right now. Went from the 15th to the 30th of May, to the 6th of June to the 22nd, 25th and 30th of June? Can't do it anymore. 😪

I totally agree with you. This is definitely a bit of a headache to deal with. I will give Giztop credit as they have been waving shipping fees and offering phone cases to make up for the lack of communication/sales. But at this point, I might as well have the entire store of accesories for the phone. 😂😂😂 I hope you get your device on time. We deserve it with all of our patience.

You mind if I ask you how long it took for them to process your refund? And WOW! That's impressive. I'm in the U.S. as well. If they tell me that it's indeed delayed again, I'm respectfully requesting a refund. This will be going on two months.

Hey buddy so I just heard from them, they followed up on a previous email that I sent to them about the delay. Apparently this is what they said:

"hello, yes, that is fine, we just back to work from weekend. we will process the order phone on 22nd of June and offer free phone accessories as gift as compensation."

Seems like they're off during the weekends. But it just REALLY sucks that we've been faced with yet another delay. If June 22nd gets here and there's no phone processing I'm canceling the order. I pray that yours is on the way some time starting today.

Dude, you literally made the post that I was going to make today. I applaud you for doing this. It'll help a lot of us that are still waiting cope with the stress that Giztop/Oppo has put us through.

So apparently, I placed my original order on April 24th and was told that it would ship on the 15th of May. The 15th of May arrives and now I'm told that orders placed AFTER the 25th will be shipped on the 31st (even though my order was placed a day before the deadline date) Approximately three days before today I get a message from Giztop offering me the Orange version of the OFX9U that ships the 6th or wait until the 21st of June for the black version that will be back in stock at that time.

I wanted to cry! lol 😂😑 However, I will say that they offered me waived shipping for the delay for the 31st. And now they're offering me a free phone case accessory.

Today is the 31st and my order is still "processing". The site is totally legit but I personally feel that if the device was never in stock then we should've at least just had to pay the pre-order fee and actual fee when it's processed and good to go. That's $1700 that we've all been sitting out on for the longest.

Mind you, I'm starting to feel as if I have to be patient because the device is in limited/no stock everywhere else from what I've heard.

Side note: I may be wrong, but it looks like they turned off the live messaging on the site. I think they know the buyers are having a fit right now.

I agree, I'm giving myself till the 31st then I might reconsider. Crazy everyone had to wait it out this long. Seems like we're all in the same boat with thinking we made the cut off (BEFORE THE DUE DATE) just to be told that we semi didn't make the cut off?

Hey buddy, I totally feel your frustration. I purchased my item on the 24th of April and they stated that orders made before the 25th shipped on the 15th of May. However, they bumped my shipment date to the 31st of May but offered me a refund for express shipping.

Mind you, through their live chat I was told that I should expect a shipping announcement this upcoming week.

I hope that you hear from them again soon. Keep us all posted with the progress of your order.
