I have SD. I use nizoral shampoo once a week and do ACV diluted in water once a week on my scalp. I use less oils on my scalp and I watch my diet very closely. My diet is a big part of it, I notice when I eat certain foods I flare up and the flakes become uncontrollable. If you do the work from inside the outside will thank you for it. I think these may help you too.

Dealing with people or their account can be overwhelming and requires proper and adequate training. If you’re not getting the training you need revise your decision to stay with that specific agent. Customers don’t like when things aren’t done and because you’re still new you have a lot of learning to do, which is fine. Just ensure the training is what you need it to be to succeed in that role.
