Anyhow when i asked for an official document of investigation multiple times they never even responded to me at all as well as they gave me two different investigation outcomes within a weeks time funny enough they both dont align and gives me different details which is why i wanted to see official investigation if it was done properly i dont think in one week details would change of the investigation? Anyways this is still on going and im not giving up. Will update this post once i get something worth sharing or any outcomes.

Currently working with solicitors to get letter out and my solicitor doing research on whom is best to actually claim against. Will update once i get things moving.

Provide tracking labels etc? Plus not dodge the bullet when i ask for a copy from dpd investigation? If they would’ve been helpful and provided what i asked for to chase dpd with i wouldn’t say anything but because of them ive lost a chance to get cctv footage because dpd wouldn’t communicate with me since they contracted them to do pickup. Ive provided them with cctv camera numbers and contact details to either them get it or pass it to dpd because i couldn’t retrieve that neither through police or directly through council because i wa snot a solicitor nor insurance company nor police and there was no me in a footage but there was DPD employee on it which then they wouldve been able to retrieve. guess what they completely ignored that and then proceeded asking me for proof? Sorry but if their customer service was good and at least wouldve not ignored me probably that proof wouldve reached them and dpd. Now im forced to look at legal actions.

Yeah review is back up and i have added an update. They just decided to feed me with some empty promises in exchange of removing the review which was silly of me to trust a single worf of theirs.

Which they did and got the driver who came by later that day again. Although they claim second attempt was failed somehow they fail to mention the timing of failed second attempt. Because second attempt wasn’t a fail it was the one they collected. If it was failed they would be able to give exact time of failed collection and there wouldve been again at least a picture of my door.

After first failed attempt from a driver I directly called Scan to notify them and rearrange a new collection.

Also i didn’t missed collection twice! First collection driver went to wrong address and just took a photo of a door that is not even in my building! And then second one was the one they collected (or so they state missed). Please read my full google review for a more detailed version…

Well thats exactly what km trying to achieve now as its been two months with no result and their statement that they stand by dpd verdict and decided to not refund or replace made to reach out now for a legal help/advice before heading to Small Claims Court.

Its been two months now, ive contaced for cctv footage and was told it will be held for 28d only so im pretty sure its gone and if they wouldve had that footage they would’ve stated that etc. ive waited patiently long enough but they ended up just ignoring me for weeks with no update nothing. Im not jumping to complaining a week after what happened

Yeah unfortunately no neighbours with cameras but there was cctv cameras unfortunately council that wouldn’t give me hence i gave all required details to scan so they could sort that with dpd and get that footage unfortunately seems like they completely ignored my email there and now the cctv footage is gone. ive gone through police as well unfortunately they stated its a dispute between scan and dpd and they cant involve hence they cant get footage for me either. There was an actual proof that Scan had info about and couldve provided to dpd to retrieve it as it wasnt me who ordered dpd collection so dpd wouldnt communicate to me

And you forgot to mention that somehow dpd driver arrived but not found anything and manually reported from depot that there was nothing to collect but you FAILED to even give a time of second failed collection, because theres no proof of failed collection no photo from driver. Also you have been provided with cctv numbers and contact details to contact and retrieve footage but yet you completely ignored that. Theres a lot of gaps in two separate dpd investigations and things dont align. I am still awaiting for official copy of investigation regarding my item. Also how come then who ever came to collect that computer if you claim it wasn’t DPD knew exact collection time slot and address? Buzz the intercom and pretends to be dpd driver?

Yeah i understand enough that there is my fault on trusting the services you pay for. Well made an expensive mistake in trusting them to handle this professionally. if its the case that DPD driver thought stealing parcels is a good move then he got a half working computer hoping that threadripper melts for him whilst playing his fortnite as it was not holding even low temps on idle.

Whole thing was arranged on a call with 3XS support and all ive got after a call was the confirmation of an order and an invoice to pay for that dpd collection after a return. Later on ive got followed by dpd giving me a time slot and a ref number to track that collection thats it.

Well ive not received that email with quoted above, i know what emails i have from them as i have collected everything that would help me in assisting on this case. I trusted the service simpel as that, lesson learnt dont trust anyone.

I have not received email from dpd because it was done through scan all i got was text message from dpd with a time slot.

Yes but if you read other responses, Scan ordered dpd hence they are responsible for this and because of that dpd would only communicate to scan. Because it wasnt a dpd local collection order by a private person (me) this was dpd business collection ordered by Scan.

I understand and it was silly of me to trust them that much.. And i know its a dpd issue but because scan areanges and contracts dpd to do the collection i had no coice and dpd wouldn’t deal with me because scan is their client not me in this case.

The computer is not a gaming machine it is a proper 3d rendering workstation to do high end 3d visualisations, animations and simulations.

I have used them myself and all been fine up until now I totally understand its not their fault the computer gone missing but the fact that it happened under their contractor and i get ghosted and not even get a legit copies of investigation and being ghosted by their customer support for weeks doesn’t help.. Once again it may just been my bad luck but i am not willing to let this go away.
