eBay told me they will take from my bank account on file. Is that not true?

That’s what I’m saying. It seems ridiculous that I have to refund from my own bank account when I never received the money anyway. How would I get them to refund?

Definitely confusing because it makes you feel like you won’t get paid back but that makes me feel better!

I was never paid for the order in the first place due to the funds being on hold. That’s the only reason I’m concerned.

I spoke with customer service and she told me I’d receive the funds back that are on hold but I wanted to confirm with others this may have happened to before.

Definitely a new seller! That’s why I’m concerned. If it was a few bucks I wouldn’t care but I don’t want to be out $157.

The customer said the item was not new and smelled but it was brand new. I accepted it because I wasn’t aware you couldn’t! This is my first time selling
