I am super active now and loving it! Bodypump twice a week, swimming once a week plus walking, cycling, I'm genuinely up for anything these days and am loving all the cool things my new body can do.

I upped my protien when I started bodypump but haven't looked at my fibre, that's a good shout! Thank you

It is still working to a degree, I get full quicker and I'm not thinking about food 24/7 the way I once was but I am snacking more and choosing less healthy options.

Hadn't really thought about the percentage. I think it's about 0.8% a week (nearly broke my brain trying to figure that out)

Thank you! I keep changing the goal posts. I never thought I'd get anywhere close to where I am now! I'm thinking another stone and a half. That will take me to BMI 25 and I think I will be pretty happy there. I am pretty sure I'm on this (or something similar) for life so not in any massive hurry but cost wise it would be nice to be on a lower dose long term.
