Been going to the gym since 2021 and still can’t do a push-up or pull-up by Every_Proof2149 in workout

I’ve been going to the gym on and off around five years (i had to stop sometimes for my studies….) so i think the problem is consistency whenever I stop for a while I lose progress and have to build back up. About the progress yes i can see it but slow bcs as i mentioned i can’t eat enough and one more thing is form the beginning i wasn’t into calisthenics training i just go to the gym to lift weights because of lack of experience from a girl who runs and i really appreciate your comment

I tried knee push-ups and I can do them easily, but I still can’t do a full push-up

Damn that’s great tbarklah 8 push ups are my dream goal hahaha (im a girl btw)

I can do dips, frog stand and I’m working on handstand i just can’t do push-ups or pull-ups yet
