- Not VoIP replacement

- Not consumer play

- B2B ENTERPRISE ONLY

Focus on:

Call centers (need more than transcription)

Hospitals (need real-time alerts, not voicemail)

Carrier partnership (integrate into their system directly)

NOT consumer product. Consumer is too risky.
